Groundbreaking ceremony for Terminal One at JFK

Today, the Governor was at JFK for a photo op for the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Terminal One at JFK. This was Andrew Cuomo’s implementation since credit is due where it is. The current Governor along with the Port Authority will start the construction. The cost of $9.5 billion dollars from planning to open day for planes to land and fly.
