Bad wreck on the VWE southbound

Heavy police activity on the Van Wyck Expressway southbound by College Point Blvd Exit reporting a truck rammed toward a vehicle in the front resulting serious injuries. Multiple people from the back seat of the vehicle was taken to local hospitals with injuries.

ESU is working to clear the traffic.
