Gridlock dates announced for Manhattan

NYC Gridlock Alert Days have been announced. The biggest one is UN General Assembly on September 19 to 23. There will be street closures across Manhattan.

The new announcement is bike lanes are open. Ah, that's a relief.

For the UN week, bicyclists will be subject to security checkpoints and occasional, unannounced traffic freezes.
