Grade pending after inspection at Ralph s Italian Ice

The location, 264-21 Union Turnpike in Floral Park where Ralph's Italian Ice is located had their grade removed to pending by NYC Dept of Mental Health and Hygiene. During inspection on September 11, the location received two critical violations which needs to be corrected or face fines. The next inspection will be conducted when the Italian Ice notify the city's health dept.
