Governor and his exponential power moving full steam in NY

Before the main topic, the NY governor announced more relaxation to curfew except bars and restaurants. The NYS State Fair will reopen on August 20th with capacity limits. Capacities will increase in the following sectors, casinos to 50% from 25%, offices to 75% from 50%, outdoor stadiums to 33% from 20% and gyms and fitness centers to 50% from 33%.
