Governor Cuomo just pissed off Mayor di Blasio and NYC Council by signing a bill overturning the bag fee

This means Cuomo does not supports the 5cents bag fee which was supposed to be in effect on February 15, tomorrow. Mayor di Blasio is now working to counter the bill against Cuomo. A task force is under process by Cuomo to identify what's best without a tax fee.
