Floral Park Stop Work Order in the new construction at the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Jericho Turnpike

NYC Dept of Building has placed a stop work order after the building owner, ABCapstone Builders failed to provide the minimum requirement of concrete for infrastructure and the additional required documents for connections of pocket beams, tube columns and other requirement to hold the second floor structure. The original inspection was on January 25 and the violations were issued on February 1st. ABCapstone didn't provide the details in timely manner and building dept officials placed the order on February 13.
