Glen Oaks to have a grocery store

Lidl has signed a 15 year lease at the former Key Food location inside the Glen Oaks Shopping Center. The deal for 41,561 square feet was between $30 and $40.

The grocery chain will occuppy the basement, mezzanine and the retail space which is scheduled to open next year.

The deal was made between Schuckman Realty and the current landlord, The Feil Organization.
