Glen Oaks nursing home has the highest COVID 19 deaths

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care & Rehabilitation in Glen Oaks has the highest deaths statewide from COVID-19. From March 1 to May 5, 73 patients has died recorded from the NYS Health Dept website. https://www.health.ny.gov/?/covid-19/fatalities_nursing_hom?
The hospital list New Hyde Park as the address but NYS has it in Queens under Glen Oaks. The other nursing home in Glen Oaks on Union Turnpike and 260 Street has 4 COVID-19 deaths and 6 deaths from probable COVID-19.
