Flushing mother charged with homicide of one year old s death

Police have arrested Tina Torabi, 30 of Flushing and charged with homicide after her one year died in October 2018.

The one year female was in the hospital after police reported Elaina Torabi was unconscious in their Flushing home on Ashby Avenue.

She had trauma and other injuries. Police also removed another child found with same injuries. The medical examiner released the report Elaine died of homicide.

Police also removed two other female children ages 2, 4 and 5 who were not injured.

The Queens DA is working on the case.
