First step to absentee ballot in NY

The NY Board of Election will setup the first step for absentee ballot by online application for the primary. Once the online application is completed, the officials will match the information with the original document of registered information. Once its a match, it will be mailed to the voter. The voter will then fill out and mail it back to record a complete vote after reviewing it. More steps are undertaken and will be announced in the coming days or weeks to avoid voter fraud.
