Fire in 2 homes in Hempstead

The firefighters have closed off Fulton Avenue in Hempstead reporting two homes are on fire. This is at 519 Fulton Avenue. One home is vacant and the other had people evacuated. EMS is checking on them. Firefighters are working on the scene.
