Fire at a Long Island senior complex with one dead

Around 5:30am this morning, firefighters reported fire at a senior living complex in Plainview. This is in Nassau County. The fire was on Central Park Road near Garnet and Kalda Lanes.

A female, 84 was found dead in the second floor.

Multiple seniors were taken to hospitals with injuries by EMS.

The cause of fire is under investigation.
