Everyday is now a strong armed robbery day in Queens

The NYPD is investigating more robbery cases in Queens which are now an everyday incident.

The latest one is in Jackson Heights in the vicinity of Roosevelt Avenue and Case Street on April 25 around 6am. Police described the suspect as male, Hispanic last seen on east Roosevelt Avenue.

On April 24, a victim was robbed by a female suspect in the vicinity of Queens Blvd and 65th Street in Woodside around 2pm.

The main incident on April 23rd is in Auburndale where a victim was robbed on Northern Blvd near Francis Lewis Blvd around 5pm.

For April 22, the crime was reported in the vicinity of Jackson Avenue and 46th Avenue in Long Island City.

The NYPD released a surveillance photo attached of a perp wanted in question for an incident on April 21 around 10:30am on Queens Blvd in Elmhurst by the local mall. Police say the perp targeted a female victim and simulated a firearm and attempted to remove the purse. EMS treated the victim on the scene.

The NYPD reported the vicinity of the local shopping centers on Queens Blvd in Elmhurst has crime spiked compared to the previous years.
