Escaped prisoner in custody after escape in Kew Gardens

Police reported around 8:15am, a suspect escaped from police custody at 135 Street and 82nd Avenue in Kew Gardens. The suspect is described as a male, Hispanic, 5?9? tall, thin build, last seen wearing black sweatpants with a white pyramid design and red and white stripes on the side. By 9am, the suspect was taken into custody at Union Turnpike and 135th Street. Ongoing investigation. Reported the suspect was in cuffs and escaped from the police vehicle.
