Drive by shooting in Jackson Heights

Police were called to the intersection of Broadway and 65th Street reporting a male was shot. The incident was reported this morning around 5am in Jackson Heights.

Police described two suspects, males, black took off in a blue Honda Accord with the victim's wallet after the latter resisted. Then the victim followed the victim and was shot.

EMS transported the bullet victim to a local hospital.

Ongoing investigation.
