Dimwit mayor and governor weren t prepared for this

Today, 146 NYC restaurants filed lawsuits against the city and state for outdoor dining setup damages from the storm. This is due to fixtures on the city's property which are public roads. Get it? So if businesses are damaged on the city's property, they can sue just like people sue when they fall on the road due to damage. Several law firms didn't disclose the damages but continuing to review the legal aspects for stronger cases. Now there are rumors that outdoor dining may be closed to focus on take outs only. Awaiting for either the mayor or governor to respond.
