Delays on LIE due to a jumper and vehicle flip

Police are on the service road of Main Street and Horace Harding Expressway reporting a jumper down. This is on the eastbound in Flushing. ESU is working on the scene.

At the same time, westbound is delayed due to a vehicle overturned by Kissena Blvd. ESU is working to clear the traffic.

LIE is a mess in both directions.
