Chain snatcher is on the hunt in Astoria

Police are investigating a victim who was walking in Astoria was robbed by two suspects. This was a chain snatching incident in the vicinity of 23rd Avenue and 29th Street. The suspects, males, Hispanic took off in a vehicle toward the RFK bridge Bronx bound.

EMS is attending to the victim.
