Decomposing body found along shoreline In NYC park police say

The decomposing body of a man was found near the shoreline of a Queens park on Sunday, according to a report and emergency personnel.

A man's body was discovered by a parkgoer around 8:40 a.m. near a marshy area of Spring Creek Park in Howard Beach, officials said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
