Dead body found floating in Howard Beach

This morning around 6:30am, police were called to the Hamilton Beach in Howard Beach reporting a dead body was found floating. This is on Cross Bay Blvd and 165th Street. The body of a male, 23 was transported to the medical examiner's office pending autopsy.
