Coronavirus update from NY

Cuomo stated the PAUSE will extend until April 29 which means schools and non-essential businesses will stay closed.
Cuomo increased the fine to $1,000 for not social distancing and it's up to each city, town and county to enforce. Mayor de Blasio won't enforce it.
"We could be at the apex or early stages of the apex" said Dr. Jim Malatras, president at Suny Empire State College, speaking at Cuomo's briefing.
