Marijuana and food under government control. It's all under an equity program. What is equity? It means the government gives you money to run your operation for a stake. If you don't pay back, the government takes it from you. Same as lien. If you don't pay property taxes, you lose your home.

The marijuana plan will allow those qualified, especially people of color and women to grow in their yards including farmers. The focus is targeted where most arrests took place for that.

The second will be processed food which is ready made to eat for all so no need to cook or get fresh food. The city has hired third party contracted vendors to supply residents in need of food. It will be free for qualified and others need to pay. A pantry will be set up once the budget is in place to the most affected locations.

Unfortunately, beer and cigarettes are not part of the plan. Sorry.
