Come forth to enroll more services in NYC

Always forgive and forget.

The NY Governor is adding more budget to the Office of Victim Services with increasing victims of crimes in NYC mainly the subways. From medical bills, counseling, funeral costs, lost wages to more public assistance programs, the budget will expand for victims of crimes in NYC despite the state refusing to act on bail reforms and convictions.

The NYC Mayor's Office denied NYPD has downgraded crime reports making many media and independent freelancers have given up reporting incidents in NYC.

Assaults remain the top crime in the subways followed by robberies.

However, the MTA refers crimes to the NYPD saying for the first quarter of this year is the second lowest in 27 years with major crime decreased from 568 to 464, down by 18%.

Local riders refuse to believe that.

The Governor's Office say more budget is needed to combat recidivism from mental health to housing for the homeless which will have to wait next year or later.
