College Point man busted for taking pics of women in the airport bathroom

Police arrested Samuel Rodriguez, 39 of College Point and charged with unlawful surveillance.

The incident happened on Wednesday, December 19 at LaGuardia Airport where Rodriguez was employed when a woman inside the unisex bathroom found a cell phone inside the paper towel dispenser across the toilet. The woman scrolled through the phone and found several videos of woman in the bathroom.

She alerted authorities and tracked down to Rodriguez who was seen leaving the bathroom before the woman entered.

When police approached Rodriguez, he allegedly told, "I know what this is about and I?m sorry. I was trying to video pretty girls. I was going to masturbate to it at home."
