Close call with bullet while heading from JFK to Manhattan

Police reported a cab driver and a passenger had a close call with bullets on the Van Wyck Expressway by Jamaica Avenue Exit. It happened on Monday early morning. The bullet hit the window shattering and struck the headrest in the backseat. The passenger, a female victim, suffered injury from the broken glass. Ongoing investigation.
