Carjacking incident in College Point

On Saturday night around 10:30pm, police reported a carjacking incident in College Point. This is on 13th Avenue and 125th Street. Two suspects with one displayed a gun confronted the driver of a Mercedes SUV and pushed out the victim. Then took off with the vehicle toward westbound Queens.

EMS treated the victim on the scene who was visibly shaken.

Police reported heavy carjacking incidents in the Flushing vicinity.

A popular teacher at the local prep school on Horace Harding Expressway and Utopia Parkway was also carjacked on January 11 in Fresh Meadows by 6 armed suspects.

So far no arrests have been made in the carjacking incidents in Queens since December.
