Carjacking in Whitestone

Police were called to Murray Street in Whitestone today morning around 5am reporting a carjacking. This is by 19th Avenue. Reported this was a strong arm carjacking of a 2016 gray Honda Civic. The suspect, male, Hispanic took off with the vehicle toward the Cross Island Parkway. EMS treated the victim at the scene.
