Carjacking continue to rise in residential areas

Police reported for the month of September start, more than 20 people were carjacked.

The latest incident was reported in Floral Park on September 5 afternoon on 87th Avenue and 256 Street. The victim was taken to a local hospital.

For the month of August, there were 56 attempts with 18 people's vehicles taken by suspects in NYC.
