CE southbound and northbound closed

Police are in the Clearview southbound reporting all lanes closed due to an overturned truck. This is by the Northern Blvd Exit. Heavy rescue on the scene. Delays all around.

Northbound is also closed for rescue operation vehicles. GCP and LIE to the Clearview is closed.

Avoid the route.
