Burglaries are spiking in Queens

It’s Forest Hills, the leading burglaries in Queens. While Astoria reported the lowest but strong arm robberies tops the list there. The best one is Jamaica had zero burglary for January so far. Bellerose came second followed by Glen Oaks. Flushing reported the second highest for strong arm robberies. Jackson Heights reported the highest for personal thefts downgraded to petit larceny from robbery primarily on Roosevelt Avenue. As for commercial robberies, suspects are targeting mainly delis and smoke shops.
