Bridges were delayed three times today

Around 3am this morning, Williamsburg Bridge was closed in both directions due to a jumper up. ESU managed to bring the male down. Then around 8am, traffic was a mess on Williamsburg Bridge after another jumper up. By 11am, the male was brought down by ESU. Many were late to work but the Mayor issued a statement.

Around 3pm this afternoon, civilians alerted police of a dead body found floating in the East River. This is by the Brooklyn Bridge. Traffic was a mess in both directions.

All incidents are under investigation.
