Blame goes round playing with people s lives in NY

According to insiders at both City Hall and Capitol Hill, both Mayor de Blasio and Governor Cuomo have been sparring politically for years. This is not their first time. The main incident started between the two during their election time blaming each other for NYC's subway falling apart.
For the coronavirus, on January 24, de Blasio stated to the people of the city, "continue living as you have. Then on February 24, de Blasio quoted, "this should not stop you from going about your life...from going out to Chinatown and going out to eat. On March 13, de Blasio quoted, "we wanted people to go on about their lives." However, de Blasio told all not to look back at what he said. From Cuomo, there was no reported briefing in January until the Rockland County issue became a statewide concern after the first death on March 14.
So what went wrong, BUDGET.
According to both de Blasio and Cuomo, budget is limited and went to the fed (Trump Administration) for help.
How did this happen? SOCIALISM.
Both de Blasio and Cuomo bled taxpayer's funds on socialist projects by dividing people into undocumented, low income and middle class by targeting the wealthy for taxes. However, taxing the wealthy came with a price. Lawsuits filed against both city and state for illegal target of wealth loot and unfair justice. The lawsuits are pending. While that s continuing costing millions in legal costs, the budget for both city and state went into dire strait.
The problem is: regardless of which of them ?win?, New Yorkers always seem to lose.
