Bicyclist struck and dead in St Albans

Police have closed off Nashville Blvd and Grayson Street in St Albans reporting a bicyclist struck by vehicle and died on the scene. Highway CIS is enroute for investigation. The driver remains on the scene and is cooperating with the police.
