At Madison Avenue an inidentified individual approached female

On 02/01/25 at approx. 3:15 PM, in the vicinity of East 125th Street and Madison Ave in Manhattan, the unidentified individual approached a 11-year-old female victim, forcibly kissed and forcibly touched her.
