Astoria went into bullets investigations so many times

The first incident of a male shot in Astoria was reported on April 26 around 4am in the vicinity of Astoria Blvd and Steinway Street. Police described the suspect as male, black who took off on foot after the dispute and EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

The same day around 9pm, a victim was shot outside Astoria Houses by Astoria Blvd.

This morning around 6:30am, an off duty cop was shot inside the vehicle while waiting at a light in the vicinity of 21st Street and 31st Road outside a night club.

The NYPD picked up the surveillance pictures of the suspects vehicle tracked down to College Point where one, male, black, was apprehended. Another suspect, also male, black, was taken into custody near Astoria during a foot pursuit.

The officer is making a full recovery.

All incidents remain under investigation.
