Armed robbery at T Mobile in Bellerose

Armed robbery at T-Mobile on Jericho Turnpike in Bellerose at the Staples parking lot. Suspect took off toward north bound from the parking lot. Reporting heavy police presence at Commonwealth Avenue and 86th Avenue where the suspect was last seen. Perp search is ongoing. Suspect is male black, slim, 5'10" with dreadlocks wearing black shirt and red pants with black shoes. Residents are advised to be careful as the perp has a gun. No one was injured.
