Apartment fire reported in Glen Oaks

The FDNY reported apartment fire in Glen Oaks. This is on 72nd Road near 261st Avenue. EMS is checking for injuries.

Two neighboring apartment residents have been evacuated safely. The fire started in the second floor.

Firefighters are working on the scene.

The cause of fire is under investigation.
