Lands sold and so are old homes where most are demolished to make way for bigger homes to pile up as many people inside.

The NYC numbers released today from Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac data and it's all affordable to live well.

The Queens median price of a home is $785,000 up by 6.8% year to date. Manhattan median price is $1.2 million which is changing upwards every day without surprises. Brooklyn median price is $1.09 up by 6.3% year to date. This means the average media is $780,000 and the mortgage at 6.7% is around $5,050 a month which is again affordable as people are buying them.

One great example is a new home with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in Floral Park which was built from scratch to a new home. This is on the 81st Avenue corner of 259 Street now listed to sell for a cool $2,548,000 each. The mortgage would come around to be $16,633 for 30 years or $22,469 for 15 years per month.

Someone will buy it for sure so get it now.

It is listed with Gabriel Kashi of Keystone Realty.
