A new legislation to establish cricket sport in NY

Local politician Kevin Thomas of Nassau County is putting together a new legislation to create a group of people to establish Empire State Cricket Board which will promote the cricket sport.

The legislation is under early stage. The cricket is a well known sport throughout outside USA like soccer.

The bill has to pass through both Senate and Assembly for the Governor to sign to become law to operate legally in NYS and to recognize as an official sport.
