1st phase of test trace and isolate

Governor Cuomo announced the first phase of test, trace and isolate. The task is the state will start collecting information from all hospitals who tested positive. Then trace their contacts, their occupation, address and etc for further testing. For isolation, Cuomo will announce the locations for quarantine. Cuomo aimed for beds and now its isolation. Also, enforcement if any of this operation has not been disclosed including whether an executive order or a bill in place introduced in the Assembly or Senate.
