13 year old student arrested for forcible touching at MS 158 in Bayside

Police arrested a 13 year old male student and charged with forcible touching. The incident was reported at MS 158 in Bayside on November 26 after the female student's parents complained to police. Further investigation reported the female student was bullied facing multiple sexual abuse since September and the school officials did nothing about it. The report was uncovered by NY Post first. The father outlined all the details including on October when the same male student pulled his pants down. Other students stated the incidents were true with their statements. The victim told a doctor and then her father was called with all the details. The victim's family has since retained a lawyer.
