Year ending message from the Governor

Mask mandate is extended to February 1 from January 15.

The NY Governor held a press statement today. Her first message on the virus starting with nursing homes,

"This is starting to spread through nursing homes again."

For this, the Governor wants the feds to mandate jabs for all nursing home visitors.

Already 50 national guards are placed in NYC and another 50 are heading this weekend to help with logistics.

Members from FEMA are heading to upstate after they will be positioned in NYC. All SUNY and CUNY students will require a booster starting January 15.

With only 2 GOP running for the Governor election, Hochul is the frontrunner. If she wins, she will remain Governor for four years until another crisis is introduced.
