The great NY governor announced lawmakers including Senate and Assembly members and their legislative staff are not included in the weekly testing or vaxx requirement. The Attorney General's office (we all know why), NYS Comptroller's office and members of the executive branch will be required to test weekly or get the vaxx. Also, judges and all court employees included for testing or vaxx.

Update - As of 3:30pm today, NYS Senate Majority Leader confirmed all Senate members and their staff will be required weekly testing or vaxx after public outcry. However, the info will not be made public. Assembly has not responded.

Update - As of 4:30pm, Assembly Leader confirmed all Assembly members and their staff will be required weekly testing or vaxx. Again, their info won't be disclosed to the public whether tested or vaxxed.
