Woodhaven Blvd closed due to pedestrian struck by vehicle

Police closed Woodhaven Blvd at Park Lane South reporting a pedestrian struck by vehicle. EMS reported the pedestrian is in critical condition. ESU and Highway CIS are enroute. Ongoing investigation. Now reporting its a bicyclist.
