Woman shot in North Amityville

Police reported a woman was shot while inside from a drive by shooting in North Amityville. It happened on Tuesday around 10pm on Benjoe Drive. The woman was shot in the leg.

This is the second shooting in Long Island. On Monday, a male shot dead in Wyandanch in front of his home. The male, 20 was shot during an altercation with another male on Lake Drive home around 4:30am.

Both incidents reported no arrests and the investigations are ongoing.
