Woman arrested with five children inside the car at North Babylon

North Babylon - Police arrested Megan Rose Genovese, 27 of West Islip while driving her vehicle, a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country in and out of lanes. Police pulled the vehicle over and reported Genovese was not sober. The incident happened on Saturday, April 22 around 6:40pm. She was given sobriety test and police reported she failed. She was taken into custody without incident. Police also reported five children were in the vehicle aged from 1 to 7. They were released to a family member.
