Wheelie doughnuts woke Glen Oaks residents

Last night during midnight, residents of Glen Oaks rose to wheelie doughnuts from vehicles in the shopping center. Reported this was a car meet in the parking lot where young groups were doing rounds of tire burning from their vehicles despite security on the scene. Residents called the police and security but neither came to the scene. It was over an hour later with tire marks all over the parking lot of the shopping center. The loud noises woke the residents living next to the shopping center and complained but fell on deaf ears.
