West Hempstead man pleaded guilty to fake lottery scam in Boston

Wilder Vladimir Merelan, of West Hempstead, 29, pleaded guilty before the Judge, Mark L. Wolf, for conducting a fake lottery scheme in Boston from 2010 to 2015.
