Warning to group of 100 in NYC

Mayor de Blasio confirmed any group of 100 or more will face fine or arrest immediately without warning. This will be enforced starting tomorrow at all public places. Small groups will receive warning as usual and fine if not cooperating with police which is disorderly conduct.
With weekend weather soaring into 70's this enforcement is full force and NYPD is on priority task.
